Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at [your email] with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw (e.g. by email or using our contact form).

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items (e.g. custom calendar orders).
