How long until my kitsch product ships?
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–4 business days and 3-7 days within europe after shipping.
What warranty do you offer on your products?
All our items come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects. Simply contact us if anything arrives damaged
Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don’t like it?
Of course. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Return Policy for details.
How do I start a return or request a warranty repair?

What type of bulb do the kitsch lamps use?
Our lamps use standard E27 screw-base bulbs. You can choose LED or incandescent bulbs up to 60W.
What kind of material is used to produce the lamps?
We are using recycled PLA and PETG from Recycling Fabrik
Their material is produced in Germany.
